命運(yùn)共同體

命運(yùn)共同體是中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平提出的重要理念之一。截止到2015年5月，他已經(jīng)60多次公開(kāi)談到這一理念。2013年3月，他在莫斯科國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)院演講時(shí)，第一次明確提出這一理念。他說(shuō)：“這個(gè)世界，各國(guó)相互聯(lián)系、相互依存的程度空前加深，人類(lèi)生活在同一個(gè)地球村里，生活在歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)交匯的同一個(gè)時(shí)空里，越來(lái)越成為你中有我、我中有你的命運(yùn)共同體。”

2015年3月，他在博鰲的演講中，提出了邁向命運(yùn)共同體的“四個(gè)堅(jiān)持”：堅(jiān)持各國(guó)相互尊重、平等相待，堅(jiān)持合作共贏、共同發(fā)展，堅(jiān)持實(shí)現(xiàn)共同、綜合、合作、可持續(xù)的安全，堅(jiān)持不同文明兼容并蓄、交流互鑒。早在2013年3月，他在訪問(wèn)坦桑尼亞時(shí)談到：“這段歷史告訴我們，中非從來(lái)都是命運(yùn)共同體，共同的歷史遭遇，共同的發(fā)展任務(wù)，共同的戰(zhàn)略利益把我們緊緊聯(lián)系在一起。”

Community with a Shared Future

Building a community with a shared future is one of the key ideas proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping. By the end of May 2015, he had spoken about this topic on more than 60 occasions. In an address at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in March 2013, he brought up this idea for the first time. He said, "It is a world where countries are linked with and dependent on one another at a level never seen before. Mankind, by living in the same global village in the same era and on the same earth where history and reality meet, has increasingly emerged as a community with a shared future in which everyone has in himself a little bit of others."

In his keynote speech at the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference in March 2015, President Xi set forth the principles for building a community with a shared future, namely the need for all countries to respect one another and treat each other as equals, cooperate in search of win-win solutions and common development, achieve common, comprehensive, collaborative, and sustainable security, and maintain mutually enriching and beneficial interactions among civilizations in a spirit of inclusiveness. Earlier in March 2013 during his visit to Tanzania, he said that history shows that China and Africa have always found themselves facing similar odds. Similar historical experience, common development tasks and shared strategic interests have bound us together.
