廣安區(qū)是鄧小平同志的家鄉(xiāng)，廣安市委、市政府所在地。地處川東北，幅員面積1030平方公里，總?cè)丝?0.5萬(wàn)。轄19個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、6個(gè)街道辦事處（含棗山、協(xié)興園區(qū)）。是中國(guó)優(yōu)秀旅游城市、全國(guó)文明城市、國(guó)家衛(wèi)生城市、國(guó)家園林城市、國(guó)家森林城市、全國(guó)綜合治理優(yōu)秀城市、全國(guó)雙擁模范城市。
Guang'an District is the hometown of Deng Xiaoping and the seat of the CPC Guang'an Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Guang'an City. Guang'an District is situated in northeastern Sichuan. It covers an area of 1,030 square kilometers, with a total population of 905,000. Guang'an District has jurisdiction over 19 rural towns and six sub-district offices (including Zaoshan and Xiexing Industrial Parks). It is named a China Top Tourist City, China Civilized City, China Sanitary City, China Garden City, China Forest City, China Best Governance City, and China Dual Support Model City.
廣安區(qū)人文底蘊(yùn)深厚。廣安地域春秋屬巴國(guó)，秦屬巴郡宕渠縣，宋開(kāi)寶二年（969年）取“廣土安輯”之意設(shè)廣安郡，廣安由此得名。歷朝歷代設(shè)郡、州、府，民國(guó)二年（1913年）改州為縣，1998年廣安市成立時(shí)撤縣設(shè)區(qū)，2013年實(shí)施行政區(qū)劃調(diào)整設(shè)立新廣安區(qū)和前鋒區(qū)。巴人宕渠文化源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，云童舞列為全省首批非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)項(xiàng)目，肖溪古鎮(zhèn)為四川十大古鎮(zhèn)之一，孕育了龐雄、王德完、蒲殿俊、秦炳、何魯、楊森等名人志士，世紀(jì)偉人鄧小平是廣安燦爛歷史中最杰出的代表。
A City of Rich Cultural Heritage. Guang'an District was a part of the State of Ba in the Spring and Autumn Period and a part of Dangqu County of the Prefecture of Ba in the Qin Dynasty. In the second year of the Kaibao period of the Song Dynasty (969), it was designated as Guang'an Prefecture with the implication "vast peaceful land". The name Guang'an has come into use ever since. Various levels of government have been established in Guang'an District over the past dynasties.In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), it changed status from a prefecture to become a county. In 1998,it changed status from a county to become a district upon the establishment of Guang'an City. In 2013, Guang'an District and Qianfeng District were established according to new administrative division. Dangqu culture of the Ba people is of long standing. Yuntong Dance is listed as one of Sichuan's first group of intangible cultural heritages under protection. Xiaoxi Ancient Town is named one of the top ten ancient towns in Sichuan as the birthplace of Pang Xiong, Wang Dewan, Pu Dianjun, Qin Bing, He Lu, Yang Sen and other cultural and historical figures. Deng Xiaoping, a great man of the 20th century, goes down in Guang'an's splendid history as the most outstanding figure born in Guang'an.
這里區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯。廣安區(qū)位于成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈腹地，已融入重慶1小時(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)圈，重慶江北機(jī)場(chǎng)在廣安設(shè)有城市候機(jī)樓。G42滬蓉、遂廣、巴廣渝等高速公路在境內(nèi)交匯，距成都3小時(shí)車(chē)程，至西安、貴陽(yáng)等地僅5小時(shí)車(chē)程。100萬(wàn)標(biāo)箱的廣安港是川東北地區(qū)進(jìn)入長(zhǎng)江航道最近的港口，千噸級(jí)船舶直通重慶寸灘港保稅區(qū)。
A Superior Geographical Location. Guang'an District sits at the heart of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. It is integrated into the Chongqing 1-Hour Economic Circle. Chongqing Jiangbei Airport has a city departure lounge in Guang'an. The G42 Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway,the Suining-Guang'an Expressway,and the Bazhong-Guang'an-Chongqing Expressway intersect with each other in Guang'an District. It is a 3-hour drive from Guang'an to Chengdu and only a 5-hour drive to Xi'an and Guiyang. The 1 million TEU Guang'an Port is the port in northeastern Sichuan with the shortest distance to the Yangtze River waterway. 1,000-ton ships can sail effortlessly from Guang'an to the Cuntan Port Free Trade Zone in Chongqing.
這里物產(chǎn)資源富集。盛產(chǎn)國(guó)家地理標(biāo)志保護(hù)產(chǎn)品龍安柚及白市柚、鹽皮蛋等土特產(chǎn)品，探明和開(kāi)發(fā)利用巖鹽、天然氣等礦產(chǎn)資源近30種。長(zhǎng)江二級(jí)支流渠江流經(jīng)全境，通航里程113公里，可利用水資源4億立方米，水電站12座。是全國(guó)首批50個(gè)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū)之一、全國(guó)商品糧和瘦肉型生豬生產(chǎn)基地。
Abundant Produce and Resources. Guang'an District is rich in Chinese products with protected geographical indications (PGI) such as Long'an pomelo, Baishi pomelo, and salt preserved egg. Nearly 30 kinds of mineral resources such as rock salt and natural gas have been ascertained, developed or utilized. The Qujiang River, a secondary tributary of the Yangtze River, flows through Guang'an District. 113 kilometers of the river are open to traffic; available water resources add up to 400 million cubic meters; 12 hydro power stations have been built on both sides. Guang'an District is one of the first 50 modern agriculture demonstration areas in China and a national base for the production of commodity grain and lean meat.
這里發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁。行政區(qū)劃調(diào)整后，廣安區(qū)重新布局、轉(zhuǎn)型跨越，推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)逆勢(shì)上揚(yáng)，加快高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。“健康的滋味——龍安柚”品牌做大做強(qiáng)，成功創(chuàng)建中國(guó)特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)區(qū)、國(guó)家地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品保護(hù)示范區(qū)、全省五星級(jí)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)，獲評(píng)全省2021年度鄉(xiāng)村振興先進(jìn)縣（市、區(qū)）。臨港經(jīng)濟(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)成為省級(jí)經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)。南潯·廣安產(chǎn)業(yè)園加快建設(shè)，被國(guó)家發(fā)改委列為中西部承接?xùn)|部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移示范區(qū)。成為全省首批天府旅游名縣、全省第二批全域旅游示范區(qū)。
Huge Development Momentum. Guang'an District adjusted its development policy and pursued transformation to drive regional economic development amidst difficulties and promote high-quality development after the change in its administrative status. "Healthy Taste—Long'an Pomelo" has become an influential brand. Guang'an District has built the China Unique Agricultural Products Superiority Zone, Chinese Products with Protected Geographical Indications Demonstration Zone, and Sichuan Five-Star Modern Agricultural Park, winning the title "Sichuan's Rural Revitalization Pioneering District 2021". Guang'an District Port-Neighboring Economic Development Zone has been listed as a provincial economic development zone. Guang'an District is hard at work building the Nanxun-Guang'an Industrial Park, which is listed by the National Development and Reform Commission as a mid-west demonstration zone for industry transfer from eastern China. Guang'an District is one of the first group of famous tourism counties in Sichuan and one of the second group of region-wide tourism demonstration areas in Sichuan.
2021年，全區(qū)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值增長(zhǎng)8.3%，增幅居全市第三；全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資增長(zhǎng)10%；規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值增長(zhǎng)11%，增幅居全市第一；社消零完成155.1億元、增長(zhǎng)18.5%，增幅居全市第二；服務(wù)業(yè)增加值增長(zhǎng)8.6%，增幅居全市第二；城鄉(xiāng)居民人均可支配收入分別為41584元、19221元，分別增長(zhǎng)8.5%、10.5%，增幅均居全市第三；一般公共預(yù)算收入完成8.5億元、增長(zhǎng)11.3%。
In 2021, its gross regional domestic product increased by 8.3%, ranking third in Guang'an City; its social fixed asset investment increased by 10%; the value added of industries above the state designated size increased by 11%, ranking first in Guang'an City; the total retail sales of consumer goods reached RMB 15.51 billion, ranking first in Guang'an City with an increase of 18.5%; the value added of the service industry increased by 8.6%, the second highest in Guang'an City in terms of growth rate; the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents reached RMB 41,584 and 19,221, an increase of 8.5% and 10.5% respectively which ranked third in Guang'an City; the revenue from general public budgets reached RMB 850 million, an increase of 11.3%.
2022年一季度，全區(qū)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值實(shí)現(xiàn)43.2億元，增長(zhǎng)4.5%；全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資增長(zhǎng)0.6%；規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值增長(zhǎng)8%，增幅居全市第二；社消零完成38.1億元，增長(zhǎng)3.7%，增幅居全市第二；服務(wù)業(yè)增加值實(shí)現(xiàn)31.8億元，增長(zhǎng)5.3%；城鄉(xiāng)居民人均可支配收入分別為11241元、5247元，分別增長(zhǎng)6.1%、7.3%；一般公共預(yù)算收入完成3.8億元，增長(zhǎng)10.7%。
In the first quarter of 2022, its gross regional domestic product grew by 4.5% to RMB 4.32 billion; its social fixed asset investment increased by 0.6%; the value added of industries above the state designated size rose by 8%, ranking second in Guang'an City in terms of growth rate; the total retail sales of consumer goods reached RMB 3.81 billion, an increase of 3.7% which ranked second in Guang'an City; the value added of the service industry reached RMB 3.18 billion, up 5.3%; the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents reached RMB 11,241 and 5,247, up 6.1% and 7.3% respectively; the revenue from general public budgets reached RMB 380 million, up 10.7%.
2022年1—5月，全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資增長(zhǎng)-11.6%，增幅居全市第三；規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值增長(zhǎng)5.8%，增幅居全市第二；社消零完成57.6億元，增長(zhǎng)-8.2%，增幅居全市第二；一般公共預(yù)算收入完成4.4億元，增長(zhǎng)-1.6%，增幅居全市第四。
From January to May 2022, its social fixed asset investment increased by -11.6%, ranking third in Guang'an City; the added value of industries above the state designated size grew by 5.8%, ranking second in Guang'an City; the total retail sales of consumer goods reached RMB 5.76 billion, an increase of -8.2% which ranked second in Guang'an City; the revenue from general public budgets reached RMB 440 million, an increase of -1.6% which ranked fourth in Guang'an City.
