光榮屬于勞動(dòng)者，幸福屬于勞動(dòng)者。2020年11月24日，習(xí)近平總書記在全國勞動(dòng)模范和先進(jìn)工作者表彰大會(huì)上強(qiáng)調(diào)了勞動(dòng)精神的重要性，并精辟概括了勞動(dòng)精神“崇尚勞動(dòng)、熱愛勞動(dòng)、辛勤勞動(dòng)、誠實(shí)勞動(dòng)”的內(nèi)涵。
Glory belongs to the workers; happiness belongs to the workers. On November 24, 2020, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of the spirit of work at a national conference to commend model workers and advanced workers, and insightfully summarized the connotation of the spirit of workof advocating work, loving work,hard work and honest work.
“勞動(dòng)是一切幸福的源泉。”新時(shí)代，無數(shù)勞動(dòng)者在各自的崗位上施展才華、實(shí)現(xiàn)人生價(jià)值：他們有抗擊新冠肺炎疫情過程中逆行而上的醫(yī)務(wù)人員，常年奮戰(zhàn)在精準(zhǔn)扶貧路上的基層工作者，有埋首科研勇于攀登的專家學(xué)者，投身車間高質(zhì)高效生產(chǎn)的一線工人……如今我們決勝全面建成小康社會(huì)取得決定性成就，脫貧攻堅(jiān)成果舉世矚目，新冠肺炎疫情防控取得重大戰(zhàn)略成果，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)恢復(fù)走在全球前列，正是廣大勞動(dòng)者付出血與汗的艱辛勞動(dòng)的結(jié)果。他們從事著平凡的工作，只是普通勞動(dòng)者中的一員，但他們把自己的勞動(dòng)崗位作為創(chuàng)造人生價(jià)值的最佳平臺(tái)，用生命傾情投入去創(chuàng)造勞動(dòng)的輝煌，享受勞動(dòng)的樂趣，書寫發(fā)展的篇章。
“Working is the source of all happiness.” In the new era, countless workers put their talent to good use in their respective posts to realize their life values: among them are medical personnel who marched straight to the frontlines to fight against coronavirus pandemic, grass-level workers who have been working on targeted poverty alleviation all year round, experts and academics who have kept on scaling new heightsof scientific research,and frontline workers who have devoted themselves to high-quality and efficient production in their workshops... Today, wehave scored decisive achievements in securing a full victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. China’s success in poverty alleviation has been recognized by the international community. We achieved major strategic success in our response to COVID-19 and China leads the world in economic and social recovery. All these are the results of the hard work of the vast number of workers with their blood and sweat. They are engaged in ordinary work and are just one of the ordinary workers, but they take their own posts as the best platform to create the value of life, where they devote their lives to create the glory of work, enjoy the joy of work and write the chapter of development.
勞動(dòng)開創(chuàng)未來，奮斗成就夢(mèng)想。弘揚(yáng)新時(shí)代勞動(dòng)精神，展現(xiàn)時(shí)代色彩和人生價(jià)值，需要永葆艱苦奮斗的精神，將艱苦奮斗的精神融入個(gè)人夢(mèng)想、工作職責(zé)和日常生活，永遠(yuǎn)保持斗志昂揚(yáng)的氣勢(shì)、務(wù)實(shí)肯干的勁頭、百折不撓的堅(jiān)韌，用雙手創(chuàng)造屬于自己的幸福生活，彰顯勞動(dòng)者的新時(shí)代本色。
Work creates the future; struggle turns dream into fact. To promote the spirit of work in the new era and show the features of age and value of life, we need to maintain the spiritof hard work, and integrate it into ourpersonaldreams, work responsibilities, and daily life.
